Our short term rental co hosting services are designed to give homeowners peace of mind and a completely hands off experience. Together, we have worked in hospitality throughout the years and understand the importance of exceptional guest experiences. Our co-hosting services take the stress out of short-term rentals by handling everything from guest communication to cleanings and

Yes! Tammy professionally designs spaces separate from our Co-Hosting services or together as a full package deal. Whatever fits your situation!
Do you allow pets?
Some of our properties allows pets. Please refer to each listing to determine if pets are allowed.
Is parking available on site?
Some of our properties provide private parking making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle while other properties are located in the heart of Downtown Annapolis in which parking is only available at the local parking garages conveniently located within 0.2 miles from the house. Please refer to each individual property for specific details.
What amenities are provided?
Our rental properties are equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry facilities at all of our properties and other high-end amenities such as hot tubs, pool tables, and direct water access at a few individual properties. Feel free to review each property description or contact the host for specific amenities provided at each rental.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change and have provided a specific cancellation policy per each individual property. For further details, please review each individual property specifically and don't hesitate to reach out to the host with any specific questions!

This is a beautiful home, modern amenities, great space for a group to play board games, spend time together, play billiards and it has an amazing view. Beyond all of that, Tammy and Justin were incredibly responsive and ready to assist with anything we needed or question we had. They are complete “Pro’s” at this and the place was clean, coffee was available (which was convenient) and anything we needed for cooking, preparing food was readily available. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!!!!
