You will have the entire property and house to yourself during your vacation getaway!

 

We are available any time to answer questions and will help accommodate in any way necessary via the app, text or in person as needed (we are almost always 20-40 minutes away, as we live locally).

 

Quiet neighborhood on the water with private beach access for guests and residents.

 

There are multiple restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store, Dunkin’ Donuts and even an adorable boutique walking distance to the property. The paddle board drop in is at the end of our street and there is also a neighborhood beach just a short drive away, (approximately 2-3 minute drive). Downtown Annapolis and the naval academy are a short drive away, guests love being close to the USNA without being overwhelmed with downtown traffic.

 

No parties are permitted at the AirBNB. Please inquire about events such as birthday parties, graduations, baby showers, etc. as we are more than happy to accommodate when at all possible!

 

Also, we offer parking in our driveway and in our yard for 4 cars. If additional parking is needed during your visit, please message your Host (Justin). Our stay at Justin’s Hot Tub Haven in Annapolis, was exactly that…a haven with a much enjoyed hot tub! Justin was exceedingly responsive, proactive, and flexible. The home is very well appointed with all the necessities, plus all the thoughtful touches like umbrellas, a doggie waste station, and bath robes to name a few. Our children loved the downstairs space (and secretly the adults were thrilled they had it too), and it felt to them like they had their own little apartment. The backyard felt like a small resort. We loved the quick walk to shops and the our boys loved the nearby basketball courts and baseball fields. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again!

We had a great time at Justin's place! We were 2 families with 5 small kids getting out of DC for the holiday weekend, and Justin's place gave us just what we needed. The kids had a great time playing in the downstairs playroom, making snowmen in the big backyard, playing with the puzzles and games, and walking across the street to see the frozen water. The house had everything we needed, and we hope to go back in warmer weather to take advantage of the beach access! Justin was a fantastic host - super communicative, responsive and understanding (like I said, 5 small kids :) - he even came to the house late the first night to drop off extra crib sheets for the pack and play! And the location was great - a quiet street, near the water, but also super close to a shopping center that had everything we needed (grocery store, pizza shop, liquor store), and just 15 minutes to all the places we wanted to go. We had a great time!

If you’re looking for the absolute best dog friendly airbnb with a beautiful outdoor space - look no further. Justin was extremely responsive and professional and we absolutely lucked out that he had an opening for a last minute stay for a memorial service in the area. The hot tub was fabulous, the kitchen well stocked, bathrooms spotless, and beds very comfortable. This house is so relaxing. We loved sitting on the deck with a cold beverage and watching our dogs chase squirrels. There’s even a pet waste station! Justin thought of every possible amenity you might need. Next time we will use the stand up paddle boards and check out the community beach. I only have one suggestion….bigger coffee mugs :) Other than that, BOOK THIS HOUSE now and thank me later!

We were in Annapolis for a college baseball game. We had family with us and the place has everything anyone needs including space. They think of everything. House had plenty of bedrooms, baths and a nice large laundry area along with two family rooms. Hot tub was a great perk and bonus! It rained or we would have enjoyed the back deck and backyard with fire pit. Location was perfect if you want to enjoy a beach and some water activities. They left a binder that answered many questions. We did ask a few questions and received quick and kind responses. If we go back to Annapolis, we will be sure to stay here. Our stay at this home was fantastic. First and foremost, the home itself was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the home was impeccably clean, and the amenities were awesome. Keurig coffee was provided, the hot tub was clean and ready to use, there were ample pool and shower towels, among many other things. It was one of the best and most consistent AirBnB’s we’ve ever been to. It had everything you needed without feeling cluttered, something very difficult to do in an AirBnB setting. Not only was the actual home incredible, our host was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He provided excellent communication with us throughout our stay, and was helpful regarding restaurant suggestions and getting us directions/passes to see the beach. Last, he was just friendly and courteous with us throughout the whole trip. We’ll absolutely be back to visit again and highly recommend others to utilize this host and particular home if you haven’t yet. 11/10 experience!

Pros: amazing kitchen that is well stocked, comfortable common spaces to hang out in, a yard (with hot tub, deck, and fire pit) that made us all envious aaaand giddy, beds were comfortable, and the location was enjoyable! Everyone made a comment that the place was clean, comfortable, and felt relaxed and laid-back. The hosts gave clear and reasonable instructions and rules - was appreciated by all! Cons: I polled the group and the only thing we could come up is that the bathrooms are small - this is mainly coming from three people who are 6’+ …we had to be really nitpicky to be able to come up with a con. We were there for three days with our two kids (3.5 years and 1.5 years). It was just perfect. The house is in a little quiet street. We spent some time in the huge garden and at the private community beach (4 driving minutes away) that the AirBnB is included in. The house, the garden, and the beach is just perfect for little kids. Note that the set of house rules that guests receive after booking says that only people above 18years are allowed in the hottub. So we didn't get the chance to try it out.

We stayed so that we could attend our daughter's tennis tournament at the Naval Academy which is only a 15 minute drive. This took the majority of our time. Hot tub was top notch and nearby restaurants (walking distance and a safe walk for most) are excellent, diverse and reasonably priced. Dunkin is right nearby too, this is important to New Englanders:). We used all 4 beds, enjoyed streaming at night on the comfortable couches. Two big TVs to stream at the same time was a plus for us. Lovely backyard will surprise you and makes for a great view from inside dining, the back deck or from the hot tub. Wish we had more time to experience Annapolis. We were extremely surprised and impressed by downtown Annapolis. Looks like great shopping, dining and boat cruises from the historic downtown. Thank you again and we hope to return!

Lovely, peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The shopping center nearby has excellent food and drink options...which was great for quick coffees and take out orders. The house was spotless and well equipped with anything you may need. we appreciated the laundry room, iron and steamer. Also, plenty of complimentary supplies including toiletries. Four bedrooms in that location with 2.5 baths was a bonus. The extra bedroom kept our 7th guest off of a couch and in her own room. And 2 entertainment areas was great with guys watching football and girls watching HGTV upstairs. Even though the temps were chilly, we took advantage of the super cute deck and patio lights, while the guys lit a fire in the fire pit. Highly recommend this property. A wonderful value for the amount of space and accommodations.

We found Justin and Tammy’s place perfect for our family and we will definitely stay again when we go back to the area! Lots of space for our toddler and dog to run around in the back yard (bring a long lead since it’s not fully fenced), nice deck for an afternoon ice cream treat, great amount of space indoors, cool TV den, convenient washer and dryer, and fully furnished kitchen. Easy drive to restaurants, shops, and Sandy Point State Park beach. Cape St Claire beach is cute and close to the house but make sure you remember the owner’s name and address to provide at the front gate. If you’re a person of color, please note that the Cape St Claire area was not very diverse and we saw a rebel/confederate flag at a house in the neighborhood. That said, at no point did we feel unsafe, people in the area are nice. Would stay here again and recommend to others.
