The entire house, garage converted game room, yard, and dock are all available to guests during their stay.

Please note: The boat dock at the bottom of the property is a shared space used by three private owners who occasionally access it to launch their boats from. The boat slip owners have one designated parking spot along the far-right side of the driveway to ensure there will be no inconvenience to you as our guests. The boat slip owners are then able to reach the dock by walking along the far-right side of the property line to access their respective boats. All of the owners are considerate and respectful and ONLY have access to these specific areas of the property.

We are available any time to answer questions and will help accommodate in any way necessary via the app, text, or in person as needed (we live locally so whichever mode of communication is preferred is perfectly fine with us).

You'll enjoy this peaceful neighborhood just minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. Set in a prime location just 30 minutes from Annapolis and Baltimore, 20 minutes from the Baltimore Washington International Airport, and 1 hour from Washington DC!

The house is set in a residential neighborhood that requires a vehicle to get around. The neighborhood is walkable but please be aware that there are no sidewalks on the neighborhood streets.

Tammy’s place was perfect for a few relaxing days over New Years. My wife and I stayed at Tammy’s place along with friends and their one year old. We also each had our dog with us. We had plenty of space inside - and if the weather had been warmer/nicer the outdoor area/yard/deck would’ve been perfect. We made several meals in the kitchen and even spent a bit of time in the game room. Easy to find and checkin. We highly recommend staying here. Especially if able to in the summer with all of the outdoor space to enjoy!

What a great place! This home was exactly as advertised…..clean, nicely decorated, and fully furnished with everything you could want. The view is incredible and so relaxing. There’s nothing better than sitting around a fire pit with friends and relatives after you’ve gotten out of the hot tub. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming house. It was a delightful experience with plenty of highlights. Here’s a breakdown of what made our stay enjoyable. The kitchen was a cook’s dream fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. A standout feature was the coffee bar, complete with to-go cups allowing us to enjoy our brews on the go. There was also a fantastic selection of tea and a kettle available. Soft robes and beach towels were provided, which added a lovely touch of comfort after using the hot tub or enjoying the lake. A convenient coat rack near the entrance helped us keep our space tidy, which we really appreciated. The well-furnished outdoor areas, complete with heaters, fire table, and fire pit created a cozy atmosphere. The transformation of the garage into a game room was amazing! It provided endless fun and entertainment. The shower in the master bathroom was a highlight, offering a refreshing massage. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

A beautiful creek front home with all you could ask for to enjoy time in MD. Pasadena is close to Annapolis and Baltimore and not a bad ride to DC. The house and grounds are spotless and so well detailed you don’t have to be running around to have fun things to do - it’s right there at this home. The yard is fenced and has everything you would need for young kids or pets to be safe. Loved this place. Pretty sure we’ll be returning next trip to MD. Decor is fabulous, fresh and crisp. Game room and Jacuzzi were a major plus! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a great park right down the street. And the water. Did I mention the water? Excellent place! Fabulous host! Perfect and beautiful in every way! My brother and I brought our families into town for a Navy football game and we are so glad we stayed at Tammy’s place. WOW! This house is beautiful and exactly as described. Tammy and Justin are amazing welcoming hosts. This peaceful quiet retreat is just magnificent. Our mornings were spent having coffee on the deck while watching the wildlife. Fish jumping (which I couldn’t catch lack of luck) . Eagles, osprey and deer visited daily. Our evening were spent with laughter, cooking together and cocktails by the fire pit. Unfortunately due to scheduling and the weather prevented us from using the hot tub but will use on our next visit. Our nights were restful in the comfortable beds. My regret is not being here longer to enjoy all the amenities. I will highly recommend this home to my family and friends. I’m looking forward to returning to this home when in the area. Tammy’s place is absolutely amazing. The setting on the water, the spacious front yard, the fenced in back yard, the side yard, the dock; this property is all you could ask for. It also has all the outdoor amenities you could want: 2 fire tables, huge deck with great furniture, hot tub, paddle boards, spacious driveway, etc… The inside of the home was just as stunning. The living area is open and huge. We had a family with 7 adults over 20 and a 1 yr old and it felt very roomy. Everything was clean and felt new. The bedrooms had plenty of space and the master bathroom shower was crazy luxurious. I haven’t even mentioned the rec room which was a large space with couch, TV, cool arcade game, putting green, and had a sweet pool table.The extra bedroom in there was perfect for two sons to stay in apart from the main home, with late night fun that didn’t disrupt the main house. We hit a significant problem during our stay that Tammy handled attentively and generously. Can’t wait to return!

Tammy’s place was BEAUTIFUL! The house was gorgeous, everything was perfect! Clean, perfectly decorated, beds were amazing, and absolutely everything you could need was there! The master bathroom shower was the most amazing shower I think I’ve ever experienced! The detached game room was the perfect hangout for the kids. They also loved the kayaks. The creek was a very safe and quiet place for them to explore on kayak. The only thing I’ll say about the creek is, it is not very clean. My daughter capsized her kayak (which was very funny in hindsight) but I had to wash her clothes twice because there was a definite odor on her clothes. But that is of no fault of anyone but Mother Nature and water flow, haha. The deck furniture was very comfortable and the Adirondack chairs by the firepit were also very comfy. The hot tub was AMAZING!!!! Tammy was very responsive to my 87 questions before and during our visit. THANK YOU TAMMY!!!

Just wrapped up a mini-vacation with my family. Tammy’s place was a perfect midway point for those of us coming from PA and VA. The home was spotless, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Tammy and Joshua were quick to reply to questions and arranged for a few things to be delivered to the home to accommodate a few requests. They are very receptive to feedback about the property and want to make sure it has everything renters might need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed using the deck and spent many hours sitting around the table. The industrial fans were a lifesaver and made it possible to enjoy the view and surroundings without baking in the heat! For those traveling with dogs, just a heads-up that there is a sometimes aggressive dog in the neighborhood who appears to be familiar with the property. We had a near altercation with her in the front yard. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We typically travel at least once a year. Each year we pick a house as our home base and visit the surrounding area. This house was perfect! It easily fit our party with plenty of space and privacy. This was a lovely house, very newly updated, with high quality furnishings and appliances. My family, including husband, 3 adult children, son in law and 3 year old grandson were accommodated comfortably for my birthday weekend. The back deck was nicely furnished. We grilled oysters on the very new looking gas grill, and sat outside at the large table on the deck to enjoy the weather and the view. We sat out late, drinking wine around the gas fire pit, and saw deer crossing down near the river. The property was well thought out for both children and pets (this time we left our furry friends at home, but next time we might bring them). The deck could be closed off with a pull-out gate, and the larger yard is fenced in. There is a lot of attention to detail in features such as the coffee bar, the spice rack, the toiletries provided in the bathrooms. Tammy was very responsive to any questions, I was totally spoiled on my birthday weekend, and loved every minute.
