This is more than a place to stay, it's a waterfront escape created for unforgettable moments, meaningful connections, and memories that last long after checkout!
Waterfront & Dock Information
Our home is located directly on the water and offers a private dock for guests who wish to bring a boat. Boats are permitted to be tied to the dock at the guest’s own risk.
While unusually high tides are rare, they can occur, particularly around full and new moons, and water levels can occasionally rise high enough to go over the dock and into portions of the yard. High water can also occur unexpectedly during strong storms, high winds, or other weather events, regardless of the moon phase.
Because the dock is a fixed dock and is not equipped with a boat lift, guests bringing a boat should be aware of these conditions and monitor tides and weather during their stay. Guests are responsible for determining whether it is safe to leave their boat tied to the dock and assume all risk for any boat or watercraft left at the property.
Please be sure you are comfortable with these waterfront conditions before booking. While these unusually high-water events are uncommon, they are a natural possibility at this waterfront property.
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire home and property throughout your stay. Enjoy complete privacy with no shared spaces, no shared amenities, and no other guests on-site. From the waterfront views and outdoor spaces to the fully equipped interior, every part of this retreat is yours to relax, unwind, and enjoy!
We are always happy to help and want your stay to be as seamless as possible. Your preferred form of communication is completely up to you; whether you prefer messaging through Airbnb, sending a text, giving us a call, or reaching out by email, we are available and happy to assist. We respect your space and privacy while making sure you have the support you need whenever questions come up before or during your stay.
No parties are permitted at the AirBNB. Please inquire about events such as birthday parties, graduations, baby showers, etc. as we are more than happy to accommodate when at all possible!
Also, we offer parking in our driveway for up to 5 cars comfortably. If additional parking is needed during your visit, please message your Host's.
No parties of any kind: A $2500 fee will be applied to any reservations who violate this policy. (small gatherings and family celebrations are allowed w/ host approval)
No smoking or vaping on property (inside or outside). A $1000 smoke remediation fee is charged to anyone who violates this policy.
For your security and others, there are exterior security cameras at the front door and garage door.
