Great location and neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. The water, shops, and restaurants are a block away . There is a great coffee / book shop called the Brown Mustache that is about a 4 min walk . The place was clean and cozy .

This apartment/condo is FANTASTIC! We stayed for 2 nights and it's an awesome location, walkable to Naval Academy, shops & restaurants. It is pristinely maintained with great amenities (beautiful kitchen, coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner in the showers, great sheets & towels, TVs in living room & bedrooms, and the entire apartment is recently renovated & absolutely beautiful! The hosts are very responsive with great recommendations, easy to follow instructions, and are very friendly and flexible. This place is perfectly located! One block from the Naval academy and steps to great restaurants and bars. The place is very clean and cozy. Parking is a bit tricky but of no fault to the host. Additionally, there are 2 flights of wooden stairs which, were no issue for my family, but may present issues for certain guests. I would definitely stay here again and I would absolutely recommend!

Wow! Tammy‘s place is head-and-shoulders above other five-star-reviewed places. No cap! Every part of every room, especially the kitchen, is fantastic! So much attention to detail! The location is, indeed, a mere 200 steps to gate 1 at the Naval Academy. Bonus! If you have a CAC (computer access card), the pedestrian entrance at gate 3 is not far away either!

Tammy's home was a great landing spot for our weekend in Annapolis. The location really is perfect - around the corner from the USNA (if that is why you're there), around the other corner from downtown and the dock. It's on a lovely residential street and steps from wonderful sights, restaurants, and shops. Also dog friendly! It's an updated and charming 3 story rowhouse. The living room, a small kitchen table, coffee bar, and kitchen take up the first floor. There is an exterior door to a tiny patio (no yard) and a couple steps up to a powder room. The second floor has one bedroom and en suite bath. The third floor has another bedroom and en suite bathroom. The third floor bed/bath is larger but it was a little warmer the night we checked in. Both have queen beds. Probably not the right house for older folks with mobility challenges or little kids. Has AC and fans. Plenty of supplies from sheets, towels, robes, kitchen items, coffee pods, etc. There is a combo washer/dryer.

Apart from my own Airbnb, this is one of the nicest vacation rentals I have ever stayed. And it’s primarily because of Tammy, the property manager. She was incredible. She came over after a long and hard day’s work to address an issue which I had brought to her attention. She fixed it and also was so generous with her time in suggesting restaurants, things to do and places to see. The house was adorably decorated with a Navy motif; no wonder as the owner’s son attended the USNA, which was a two minute walk from the house. If you’re looking for a great house in the middle of downtown Annapolis, where you can walk to everything, look no further - you’re here! This was an A++ vacation rental and Tammy was an A++ host. We travel quite a lot and Tammy was really the best host we’ve encountered. I can't say enough about this fantastic rental! We have stayed at multiple homes in the area and this is one of our top ones to return to. Super clean and neat. The bed was so comfortable I slept better than I do at home! The full bathrooms within each bedroom are magazine worthy. And let's not forget about the coffee bar - keurig, drip or french press they have it covered, even provided coffee, creamers and to-go cups! I also enjoyed sitting on the front stoop in the rocker enjoying one of those cups of coffee! Tammy is a great host and very responsive to all of our communications. I look forward to returning!

This is a great spot, very clean and well laid out. We were in Annapolis for a swim meet at the academy and this was a perfect spot. We walked just a block down the same street and the Commodore Barry entrance was right there. Just 25 feet from the front door was a little alley that takes you right into the center of Annapolis, less than a minute walk. Tammy was super communicative and generally just really pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend!
