The house stands alone on a dirt road, directly overlooking 150 acres of farmland.

There are grocery stores, liquor stores and multiple restaurants and shops within 10 minutes of the house.

The property and house are in a slightly rural area where bugs and dust can be very common, especially during the warmer month of the year. However, we actively have the entire inside and outside of the property treated for insects and bugs on a monthly basis year-round.

We had such a wonderful stay at Tammy’s home in Centreville! From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed with how clean, comfortable, and well thought out everything was. The house had everything we could possibly need, along with so many little touches that we really appreciated. There were even phone chargers in every bedroom - such a small detail, but a perfect example of how much thought Tammy has put into making her guests feel at home. Tammy was a fantastic host as well. She was incredibly responsive and sent us plenty of helpful information before our stay, so we knew exactly what to expect and everything was easy from the moment we arrived. Our whole family loved staying here. It was comfortable, welcoming, and honestly just made our visit that much more enjoyable. You can tell that Tammy really cares about her guests and has put a lot of thought into the home. I can't say enough wonderful things about Tammy and this property. I rented this home for my large family to all get together for a few days and it was beyond perfect. The house was incredibly spacious, well stocked, clean, etc. Tammy was an incredibly responsive and proactive host. I had mentioned that we had hired a Hibachi chef to come to the house the first night. Since it was supposed to rain she proactively ordered two folding tables so we could use them outside under the pergola. She also went out of her way to find me a local baker to bake a few cakes. Every time I messaged her with a question she responded right away. The pool was also awesome. Our family was hesitant to stay at a home with a pool since we had small children staying with us, but Tammy thought of every safety precaution in including door alarms and providing life jackets. I've stayed in many Airbnbs and this home and host was the best I've seen. Thank you again, Tammy!

What an amazing place! We stayed for 5 days for our yearly family summer reunion vacation and it was the perfect spot! The house and property had so many amenities! We spent hours in the new pool, and the backyard has so many ways to enjoy the day and night. We put up a volleyball net and played for hours. The house is immaculately clean and has everything you could possibly need. The beds were all comfortable, which is a rare find in an Airbnb! It’s just a truly wonderful home and I’d go back every year if I could. Tammy was very responsive to any question we had during our stay. 5 stars for the property and the host!!

Tammy's place was perfect for our girls weekend! We honestly didn't want to leave and continued talking about how great it was. It was equipped with everything we needed and didn't think we needed. She had recommendations for Chesapeake Chef to cook homemade meals for us and our meals were delicious! She also recommended a private masseuse, Jake, to come to the house and he was amazing. We had a wonderful bachelorette weekend celebrating my sister at Tammy’s beautiful home. Everything was perfect. Everyone’s accommodations were excellent and Tammy was the most responsive host I’ve ever had! I asked if there was an ice bucket available the day before check in and Tammy had a gorgeous bucket waiting for us upon our arrival. We hosted a hibachi night at the house and the yard gave us a stunning backdrop. The fire pit was great for our large group and everyone enjoyed the soaking pool! This property is a lovely home, and so peaceful and quiet. We got comfortable very quickly. Everything was spread out and perfect for us: 2 parents with their 2 kids (both in separate bedrooms) downstairs, grandparents on 1st floor, and other adults upstairs. Great kitchen (plus 1 downstairs, but we didn't use that) w/lots of equipment (though we we stayed away from the scratched non-stick cookware - always a potential hazard, but especially since one of the guests was pregnant). Wonderful spaces: back yard seating areas (w/swings!), outdoor dining table, office, front porch seating for watching the sunset, etc. 25' x 15' pool was too small for all 9 of us (esp as steps extend way out), but we knew what we were signing up for so it wasn't a surprise - grateful for it during an historic heat wave. Tammy was very responsive, friendly and helpful; clearly knows how to make guests feel at home. Easy to get to; would definitely consider renting again.

I have been using AirBnB since 2011. This place is one of the best. Tammy made everything easy. Upon booking she sent a guide which helped us plan. She had everything we needed and more. The kitchen has every dish and appliance you can think of. Full spice drawer. Each room had such nice touches. Phone chargers, robes, towels, and plenty of toilet paper. The outdoor amenities were so nice. We loved sitting on the porch watching the bees pollinate.

Super responsive, friendly and has thought of absolutely everything in this rental property. The house is exactly as described and pictured. The area restaurants and spa (Salt Wellness) that we went to were amazing. Some were a bit of a drive on very busy highways, but that’s not a knock on the property…just a little bit of a surprise to our group, as we were unfamiliar with the area. If you’re considering this rental, I would definitely recommend it.

One of the best appointed rental properties we’ve stayed at. Perfect for families that want a home base to cook, hang, make puzzles, and take day trips to Annapolis, St Michael’s, etc. Probably a bit nicer in the summer, where outdoor amenities can be fully utilized, but we loved the hot tub even though it was freezing temps! Anything you could need in the kitchen.. plenty of robes and towels and linens.. laundry is excellent. Top notch. Recommend for all seasons for multi family hang.

Absolutely incredible! We made this our home base for the weekend while attending a family wedding. It is jaw dropping from the second you pull up. The entire house was so accommodating and had all necessary amenities and more! We loved relaxing in the living room area, and the outdoor space was a treat, especially with kids!
