Yes! Tammy professionally designs spaces separate from our Co-Hosting services or together as a full package deal. Whatever fits your situation!

Some of our properties allows pets. Please refer to each listing to determine if pets are allowed.

Is parking available on site?

Some of our properties provide private parking making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle while other properties are located in the heart of Downtown Annapolis in which parking is only available at the local parking garages conveniently located within 0.2 miles from the house. Please refer to each individual property for specific details.

What amenities are provided?

Our rental properties are equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry facilities at all of our properties and other high-end amenities such as hot tubs, pool tables, and direct water access at a few individual properties. Feel free to review each property description or contact the host for specific amenities provided at each rental.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change and have provided a specific cancellation policy per each individual property. For further details, please review each individual property specifically and don't hesitate to reach out to the host with any specific questions!

The outdoor areas offered spots to gather (fire pit, hot tub, pool, cooking area) as well as places to refresh (porch swing, bistro table for 2). The home is nicely appointed—so beautiful! This house was a wonderful place for a long weekend with the family. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and made it so comfortable to cook almost all of our meals in. The view of the water was beautiful and private. The game room and activities area was well stocked to help keep my 3 year old entertained all weekend. I highly recommend this property for families!

This home is absolutely beautiful and we loved staying here during our wedding weekend! It was the perfect fun and peaceful retreat for our family and dogs! We loved the spacious backyard and fire pit area and the hot tub was an added bonus! The view from the front of the house is gorgeous and very close to the public beach. The home was spotless and spacious and had everything we needed and more!! Justin was very helpful, friendly and accommodating to a special request and had great communication. It is also very close by great restaurants and other local attractions. We loved everything about our stay and Justin was an exceptional host.

My wife and I needed a break from the everyday hustle, and this place was exactly what we were looking for. If I could give it 10 stars, I absolutely would. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and set in an amazing location that made it easy to relax and unwind. The property offered so many activities to choose from, and the game room was a blast — even for adults! Justin and Tammy’s home was beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and truly a joy to stay in. My family of five each had our own comfortable bedroom, which made the stay even more relaxing. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house that I’m sure I won’t be able to name them all. One of my favorite parts was that my kids and I ended up playing board games together for the first time in years — there were so many great options to choose from. Every room had fresh towels and washcloths, and each bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The linens were exceptionally soft, and the mattresses were wonderfully cozy. The kitchen was incredibly well‑appointed; I never had to search for a single thing. From the air fryer to the high‑quality pots and pans to the plethora of dishes and cups, every detail was thoughtfully considered. It was truly the perfect place for us to land for a while. Tammy’s place was just perfect. Exactly as described and pictured but even more beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub, the deck, the fire pit, the fenced in yard for the dogs, the dock, and of course the view! My mom died this year, and it was especially meaningful to be back in her old neighborhood. We used the kayaks to paddle out to the bay and spread some of her ashes—-I will always be grateful for that opportunity and memory. I’m also grateful for Tammy’s quick and helpful responses. She facilitated an early check in, troubleshot an electrical glitch, and was understanding when one of our dogs was a less than perfect guest. This is a perfect place to make family memories, I would 100% stay here again.

Was a great stay while visiting our Mid. Approx 15 minutes to the Academy. The house was well equipped to allow us to cook and relax! Hot tub was a highlight! Walkable to a great market and Rita’s Ice as well! Will definitely stay again! 5 ⭐️ for sure!
