Together, we have worked in hospitality throughout the years and understand the importance of exceptional guest experiences. Our co-hosting services take the stress out of short-term rentals by handling everything from guest communication to cleanings and

Some of our properties allows pets. Please refer to each listing to determine if pets are allowed.
Is parking available on site?
Some of our properties provide private parking making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle while other properties are located in the heart of Downtown Annapolis in which parking is only available at the local parking garages conveniently located within 0.2 miles from the house. Please refer to each individual property for specific details.
What amenities are provided?
Our rental properties are equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry facilities at all of our properties and other high-end amenities such as hot tubs, pool tables, and direct water access at a few individual properties. Feel free to review each property description or contact the host for specific amenities provided at each rental.

This place is always amazing. It is a perfect combination of peaceful/serene and fun. There is so much to do here with the tub, grill, rec room, pool table, luxurious bedrooms and master bath but also space and the setting to relax and just be at peace on the deck enjoying nature and the quiet. The house was just as described-very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The outdoor area was so relaxing and so big with great views of the water from the front. We loved the paddle boards and it was so easy to get to the inlet. Also great access to the beach which was really nice. Easy access to restaurants snd shops and Justin had a great book with lots of recommendations. He was super responsive and flexible and we would absolutely stay there again a recommend to others.

This home was as advertised and perfect for our group of 6 adults (3 couples). The location was fantastic and the host was great. Three logistical notes for future guests: - One of the full bathrooms is on the first floor, in the back of the house. Very nicely finished but a long way from the bedrooms on the 2nd and third floor. - One of the second floor bedrooms has a full-size bed (and this is advertised), which is really cozy for a couple. - Use the back door and alley to get to restaurants and bars. It saves steps and is super convenient. If we have the opportunity to visit Annapolis again, we would stay in this home again, without question.

We had a very quick weekend away for a family wedding at Tammy's place and there are nothing but good things to say about the property. The house was clean, spacious and (unusually for high-occupancy places) had loads of glasses, flatware and tableware. We had unexpectedly good weather and used the outdoor space to relax after all the delightful chaos of a wedding. The games room is a big bonus, and that along with the outdoor space makes us think this would be the perfect spot for spring/summer family gatherings. Tammy is the ultimate host -- responsive, organized and generous in helping us with a small timing issue. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Annapolis! The location is just steps away from the action but was quiet throughout the day and evening. The home is beautifully decorated and well equipped. I appreciated having plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. If you wanted to cook, it is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We appreciated the local guide which provided recommendations for restaurants and activities. Tammy was very friendly and responsive when needed. I highly recommend this home for your stay in Annapolis!
