Our short term rental co hosting services are designed to give homeowners peace of mind and a completely hands off experience. We manage all guest communication, coordinate with cleaners and maintenance teams, and ensure every detail runs smoothly from bookings to turnovers. Some of our properties allows pets. Please refer to each listing to determine if pets are allowed.
Is parking available on site?
Some of our properties provide private parking making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle while other properties are located in the heart of Downtown Annapolis in which parking is only available at the local parking garages conveniently located within 0.2 miles from the house. Please refer to each individual property for specific details.
What amenities are provided?
Our rental properties are equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry facilities at all of our properties and other high-end amenities such as hot tubs, pool tables, and direct water access at a few individual properties. Feel free to review each property description or contact the host for specific amenities provided at each rental.

Oh my gosh. We were so sad to leave. This house is absolutely perfect and the memories we made will last a lifetime. The kids were outside from sun up to sun down. We did yoga with Carol on the upper deck (this is a must) with the sound of birds and water. We kayaked, had a hibachi chef come, swam, relaxed on floats, and enjoyed the beautiful views. We can’t wait to go back. Tammy is so responsive and the best I’ve ever worked with. I’ll dream of that special house until we go back again!
