We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic: Easy to find and conveniently close to everything we needed during our trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the backyard was such a charming space to relax in. The fire pit was a great touch, and both our group and our dog absolutely loved spending time outside. One of our favorite features was the enclosed back porch. It was the perfect spot to kick back with a cold drink and watch World Cup highlights. The day we got home, we also received a very sweet note from Tammy, so suffice it to say, their care for their guests is unmatched. Overall, this was a great find, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Tammy and Justin's place again. Highly recommend!

Justin and Tammy’s home was beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and truly a joy to stay in. My family of five each had our own comfortable bedroom, which made the stay even more relaxing. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house that I’m sure I won’t be able to name them all. One of my favorite parts was that my kids and I ended up playing board games together for the first time in years — there were so many great options to choose from. Every room had fresh towels and washcloths, and each bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The linens were exceptionally soft, and the mattresses were wonderfully cozy. The kitchen was incredibly well‑appointed; I never had to search for a single thing. From the air fryer to the high‑quality pots and pans to the plethora of dishes and cups, every detail was thoughtfully considered. It was truly the perfect place for us to land for a while. I’d probably give this place 6 stars if I could. You can tell the hosts have spent their lives in the hospitality industry because all the little things are taken care of. For example - there are plenty of coffee pods which is honestly pretty rare. Usually kitchens are empty. It’s really nice to know there is coffee for the morning if you arrive late the night before. I replaced the pods we used of course to pass it on to the next guest. There are trash bags and dishwasher pods. You would be surprised how many homes have none of that. The screened in porch is so great - place to eat, place to relax and watch tv and right out in ten yard is a killer fire pit. The house has so much space. It’s super comfortable and the outdoor space is perfect. We love it so much. Can’t wait to go back. Neither can our dogs.

During an unexpected emergency situation, the host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating, which made a stressful time so much easier for us. Their kindness and willingness to help truly meant a lot. The house itself was beautifully decorated and felt so welcoming the moment we walked in. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the design and details throughout the space. We especially appreciated the amazing coffee selection, it was exactly what we needed after a long night and before a full day of travel. We would for sure book again!

I don’t even know where to begin. We couldn’t get over how awesome this house was from top to bottom. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a coffee bar like nothing I have ever seen. The location is perfect. It’s just a couple of minutes to downtown, making it super easy to take a cheap uber for dinner or shopping, without the hassle of having to find parking. We even walked to see how long it would take to get to the USNA Stadium for future Navy games and it was only about a 15-minute walk which is awesome. Unfortunately the weather was a little yucky one day, so we didn’t get to utilize the fire pit or outdoor room, but it honestly didn’t matter because the house had a ton of board games and things to do. It made for such a cozy, fun night in. If you’re looking for a stylish, modern, perfectly located place in Annapolis, this is it. We will definitely be back!
