Our house has recently been fully renovated and is fully stocked and comfortable for larger groups or cozy visits alike. We rented for USNA Commissioning week. It was a fantastic location. We were a block from USNA gate 1. There is an alley on the side of the house brings you right to the city dock area (DTA). It included a residential parking space (which is not guaranteed) in front of the house but we were able to park close everyday, as my daughter had to run some errands but we were able to walk to all the events on the yard and saved us so much time. The house was very clean and well stocked. We did not have to purchase any additional toiletries, garbage bags, or laundry detergent. The bedrooms are all upstairs. It was a great place. The hosts were very responsive to any questions that arose during our stay & response time was less than 10 minutes. They were very accommodating with letting us know when the house was ready and gave us extra time to depart as we had to get several to the airport and to another hotel. We had a great stay!

This was a truly beautiful home, right in the heart of Annapolis. We were 7 adults and a 14month old with room to spare. Walk to everything. Stocked with essentials. Andrew was very responsive. We ended up renting a huge SUV and had no trouble finding parking, which was a concern. My only regret is that we were only in town for a wedding weekend. I'm so glad we booked in advance.

The location is truly what makes this house worth every penny. We could walk to the academy via gate 1. Probably a 5 minutes walk to gate 1. We walked to all of the numerous restaurants we ate at, stores we shopped at, and boat tours we enjoyed. The Rise Up coffee place in the back of the Market House Restaurant has amazing coffee and it became our daily morning stop. For those with mids this is a perfect house.

This house had amazing charm and was just steps from the hot spots in Annapolis! Plenty of room for a large party of girls to sleep and get ready! Parking is a bit of a bear, recommend getting a municipal parking pass in advance and/or dropping off luggage at house then finding parking for the duration of stay. It’s a very walkable city and Uber/Lyft friendly.

Pros Location - 200 yard walk to Gate 1 of USNA, 100 ft walk to Iron Rooster Patio - Quiet area for my brother and I to share a cigar, great grill (brand new) Cons Parking - one parking pass, limited street spots, $15/day for other cars at a parking garage 0.4 of a mile away Eating places - only two tables with four chairs each. We had 10 people staying and two had to stand to eat.

The location of this house cannot be beat. Literally steps from city dock and USNA! The outdoor space was beautiful to relax with cocktails. The check in/check out was very easy, and Andrew responded to all inquires before check in very quickly. The house is large, 3 bathrooms was key. Nothing is new or updated, but I expected that from the photos. All we really cared about was AC! Beds were comfy, plenty of sheets and towels. There is a public alley right beside the house, but it was only noisy for a few moments late at night when a large group of people walked through. Otherwise, it wasn't an issue. If you are looking for something practical and reasonably priced, this is it!
